For those of you whom are well traveled this restaurant creates an environment reminiscent of a 50's French Bistro in the center of Birmingham. We had booked but were offered tables either in the quieter front of house or the part of the restaurant which had a "vibe" about it. We chose the later and were not disappointed. Music being played through the meal combined with B&W movies " Saturday seemed like Marilyn Monroe night" really added to the experience. Starters which were Piri Piri Prawn and Carrot and Coriander were both excellent as were the mains which were both Moroccan Lamb were absolutely fantastic. One slight negative was that the coffee served to my partner was bitter and undrinkable...otherwise we had a very very enjoyable evening. Bill represented £37 per head and in my opinion was very good value given the quality of the food ! 5 stars ! We will be back :-)
