I have stayed here for 4 weeks so far, and will be here for another week. I've been really impressed with the staff and their attitude, The hotel is in a good location, close to New Street station, and the shopping centre. The only downside is that there is no onsite parking, however they provide a map to the nearest car park, which can be a little tricky to find.
Andi deserves a special mention, as she always makes sure I have my favourite room (519) and has really looked after me. The F&B team have made me feel really welcome, especially as I don't enjoy eating by myself. June, Kerryanne, Leon, Ebony and Sheila with her big cuddles just make it seem like a home away from home, ( I apologise if I have missed out your name) Ewan in the mornings always has a friendly greeting and is super efficient, their breakfast's are plentiful and there is something for everyone.
They have a room on each floor where you can go and borrow an iron.
I found that the hairdryers in this premier inn aren't powerful enough for my hair type, and I am not able to borrow one that is more powerful, as I have been able to in the other Premier Inn's I have been to - not such a big deal.
The room's are air conditioned, and I love their mattresses' - you definitely get a good night's sleep.
I found that the shower gel in the bathroom had run out on a couple of occasions, again just a minor point.
Would I recommend this hotel - most definitely, you will not be disappointed. The GM also seems hands on, he is around a lot of the time, which is good to see.
Thanks for looking after me Team B'ham :)
