Magnificent exterior and interior with medieval art and Norman Crypt, Dean`s Chapel and Richard Beauchamp Tomb. The Great Fire of Warwick in 1694 destroyed the nave and tower which were rebuilt in 1704. A beautiful and peaceful place to linger for awhile.

We spent about 1 and a half hours exploring this church.
We were surprised at how old it was and all the beautiful decoration it contained in the various sections. The staff were very friendly and if you do visit Warwick the St Mary's is well worth a visit.

Beautiful church & chapter house, interesting crypt but absolute highlight is the Beauchamp chantry and the 4 medieval / Tudor tombs. Worth the visit just for this one chapel. Shame we didn't have time to go up the tower, must return one day.

Some pleasant stained-glass windows.
A lot of history.
Donations-only for entrance.
A crypt which shows the substantial nature of the building.

Very informative guide. Interesting church unfortunately empty as most families inside the Disney like Warwick castle. Beautiful architecture
