Owner description: Imagine a totally electrifying day out at Britain’s ultimate castle. Where you can immerse yourself in a thousand years of jaw-dropping history – come rain or shine.Where ancient myths and spell-binding tales set your imagination alight, and your hair on end. Where princesses are pampered and maidens are wooed, as winners become true heroes and losers are confined to dark, dank dungeons to be forgotten for eternity. It could only be Warwick Castle.

Brilliant day out all round. Friendly cafe too. One of the best castles around. Enjoyed the Falconry Show too. The grounds are very pretty and well kept

We had a lovely family day out with young children. Interesting history done with humour. Some great artefacts like armour and weapons. Also real rooms set up to see how people lived. Beautiful views of the country side. Some dressing up and story activities for kids. And some Magic that might appeal to Harry Potter fans.
* Plenty of parking
* Food choices are good and prices reasonable
* Playground for kids too
* Spend half to a full day there

Grounds are lovely.
Very quiet as out of season, although we still had to pay full price even though most activities were not running.
Check before visiting what is open!!!

Lovely visit to a wonderful castle but so expensive, it would have cost us over £60 to go in, luckily I saved some money with my English Heritage card. This cost included tickets for a Merlin exhibition and a visit to the dungeons. The dungeons were great fun and the actors were great, it is worth paying extra for the merlin exhibition also, we enjoyed it (2 adults no children). Recommended if you can afford it.

such a enjoyable day out, loads of things to keep you busy great views from the tower!
I would recommend you book on line as the tickets on the gate are more expensive!
