“Fab studio, fab location”
Reviewed October 30, 2016 for a stay in October 2016

My husband, myself and our three month year old stayed in the studio for three nights. It had enough space for the three of us and all the facilities we needed like a microwave. It was clean, well decorated and the location right in the heart of Stratford-upon-Avon was perfect. It was lovely seeing swans, ducks and the odd narrowboat pass the window. Could not recommend enough.

My friend and I stayed in this rental for a girls weekend away. We were looking for a nice relaxing break, somewhere we could go for walks, shop and eat out. Stratford had all of this and more. The flat was just right for the two of us. It was left lovely and clean for our arrival and we particularly enjoyed breakfast by the window watching the comings and goings on the canal and the occasional cuppa sitting outside. It was perfectly situated just a couple of minutes walk from shops, pubs, boats rides, cafes, street entertainers etc and yet always peaceful and quiet. It was totally worth the money and I would not hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.

“PUT THE KETTLE ON … IT’S THAT GOOD!”

A typical UK kettle boils in say 3 minutes? …read on

Despite being a TripAdvisor member since 2010 this was the first time I’d book thru the system and was somewhat cautious, how does it work? How do I get my keys? And so on. Fear not, the owner puts your mind at rest the moment you book it, this is a fantastic riverside flat that’s literally a “kettle or 2 “aware from the hustle n bustle of Stratford upon Avon.

Well furnished ,and, a dedicated parking bay that you WILL appreciate , this ditty has everything you need for cooking too, and yes, for you internet buffs fast Wi-Fi broadband speed is yours for the taking . So, how close are you? Remember that kettle? Nearest pub/restaurant …. The kettle won’t even get to boiling point! (And before you ask, not a squeak from the neighbouring waterhole could be heard), nearest quality restaurant …just over a kettle away (the flat’s owner will give you handy suggestions) ...distance to the RSC (Royal Shakespeare Company …. That famous bloke Stratford best for) … 2 kettles to you …. Nearest supermarket …. Less than 2 kettles should do it

In summary, this riverside flat is a must for those wishing to be in the heart of SUA but want a little piece and quiet too…. Plenty to see and do (and that’s not including the Shakespeare stuff).

A great find on trip advisor… To Book, or Not to Book? ….. Don’t hang about, as the great man said …. “Make use of time, let not advantage slip “

“Absolutely perfect”
Reviewed April 30, 2016 for a stay in April 2016

What a little gem of a place!!!

Had everything we needed. Was lovely to park the car on arrival and not need it until we left two days later as the town is only five minutes walk away with everything to hand. Tea rooms aplenty, our favourite was Huffkins!! There's even an "all year round" Christmas shop!!

If we went back to the area we wouldn't hesitate in staying in this accommodation again.

“A little gem!”
Reviewed March 20, 2016 for a stay in March 2016

The flat is small & compact - perfect for a single person or a couple - and had everything we needed for our 4-night stay. The owner was friendly and very easy to deal with. Hassle-free.
The flat is a little gem, at the centre of town, a short walk away from many attractions in Stratford-upon-Avon (Shakespeare Royal theatre, museums, countless restaurants/eateries, the canal - the flat itself is by the canal, where ducks, swans and geese pass by!!!). We completely forgot about our car because there's no need for it. We walked everywhere.
We'll book again one day!
