Description: A 1940s themed Tea Room in Stratford-Upon-Avon. Come and join us in the 1940s and experience gorgeous loose leaf teas or a lovely cup of coffee accompanied by sandwiches on locally baked bread or try a cake or scone made daily on the premises by one of our bakers. No packet mixes or frozen products here. We also offer a gluten free cake each day and will do our best to help any other allergies too. The Fourteas is an experience not to be missed. The Fourteas has won the 2012 TouchFM Pride of Stratford Awards Town Outlet of the Year and has been selected by Jamie Oliver for his best 1000 Places To Eat In Britain app. We have recently moved to larger premises, but we are still only operating from one shop with no plans to expand to a chain yet!

Went all the way over to Stratford just for tea at the fourteas. Excellent choice of cakes and sandwiches - filled the table. Just squeezed in as very popular as usual. Service excellent and friendly - would recommend.

Super place for a very good and reasonably priced afternoon tea. Only downside was the staff who were a bit offhand and unfriendly but the food is good and it is very popular.

Great choice of teas (always a good thing) with a good selection of cake. Let's be honest, almost anywhere that serves you tea and cake isn't going to be bad, but the quirky atmosphere is great and makes the place a tad more special than your average tearoom. One downside is that it can be exceptionally busy - but the service remains good even in a rush.

Surprisingly for a tourist town its tricky to find a pleasant tearoom. This is one of the few. Give it a try.

I visited on a busy afternoon and was offered a table immediately, we ordered the Afternoon Tea, which consisted of a sandwich each of our choice, scone with cream and jam and a selection of cakes plus a pot of tea for 2, but we asked if we could choose a speciality tea each and was told, "yes". I had Earl Grey and my husband had Darjeeling. Service was polite and speedy, the whole experience was truly nostalgic. The food was tasty and the cakes home made. We never felt rushed and when we could not finish our cake selection they were packed up so we could take them home with us, in traditional 1940's packaging! Good value for a tourist town - yes it would be cheaper out of town, but this tearoom is in the very heart of the town, and its so much more than a cake and a cup of tea, its an adventure!
