Very near Stratford town centre, but not at a central location price. On a main road, but convenient nearby parking well organised, and a quiet night in a good bed. Excellent breakfast and helpful management.
We stayed one night and will definately go back. Lovely quiet and comfortable room in a beautiful peroid property. The hallway makes a great first impression with the original and very decorative tiling.
Right in the centre of town, the location cannot be beat. Parking is convenient , just across the road.
Our host was friendly and helpful, giving tips on what to do and where to eat.
Great breakfast with fresh croissant, toast, cereals, fruit and ham and eggs.
Really can't wait to go again!
Mark was a great host. He was present when we arrived and walked us through the aspects of his establishment and it instantly felt like home. The free internet both wi-fi and upstairs was excellent. Breakfast was offered, though we didn't partake. The rooms came equipped with a TV that worked well with lots of channels. The whole home smelled lovely. Mark's taste in design is exceptional and the Japanese flavour of the home was beautiful. He gave us a map and recommended which houses to see and gave us discount cards that we used and saved us money. Unfortunately we were only in town for one night and without a vehicle so we were limited to what we could see. Only thing I could have asked for was a double bed as opposed to two twins, but we knew what we were getting. If we ever return we will try to stay at the Arden Park again.
We found this nice B&B perfect for our family of four during our brief stop in Stratford Upon Avon. The breakfast food was a nice selection. Mark was a wonderful host and made us feel at home. We would recommend this hotel to others traveling with families.
Friendly welcome. Excellent room. The whole house (or at least the parts that we saw) are well maintained, tastefully decorated and extremely clean.Located very close to the station, and easy walk to the centre of town so well placed for all tourist areas. Breakfast was excellent, but do note that it is 'continental' so you will be disappointed if you expect a full english.
We stayed in a 'garden room', a fully loaded 'studio flat' in a new extension. Complete with kitchen area with fridge, cooker, microwave and all eating/cooking implements. Also sitting area, flatscreen TV, WiFi. All to a high standard.
We only had a short weekend visit, but it would have been great to stay for a week!
Great place to stay , very close to train station and perfect base for exploring the lovely area in Stratford. Very friendly and welcoming- nothing to much trouble . would recommend to family and friends and will even go back and stay again with the family.
