We visited this church the weekend of Shakespeare's birthday, and it was full of spring flowers, absolutely gorgeous! The staff were really helpful, and encouraged everyone to take photos. Stunning, inside and out!

The church is within easy walking distance of the town, the onky thing is they ask for you to pay to go into the church to look at the grave .... we passed on this !

Lovely church, a must on the Shakespeare trail, also a nice walk through the RSC gardens to get to it.

Often visit here, their little shop has some lovely items (a change from the commercial ones in town)
A place to be peaceful and reflect in, with a small prayer room (if you wish to use it - near the shop area)
Enjoyed the Shakespeare Sunday Service, very much.
They do make a small charge to view the grave of Shakespeare; but didn't used to years ago!
Expect this does however, assist greatly with church up keep.
Was unable to access the church (to view the flowers at alter) just after the Sunday Service, so disappointed as I did attend the service. It was closed for a short while after service, which is understandable, however.
