On arrival i was disappointed with the hotel parking facilities, as this was across a busy road, although pelican crossings made it easier to cross, if it had been raining i'd have been well peed off even before setting foot in the place. Having said that i had received an email from Premier telling me. Once the bags were off loaded and we had booked in, we then had to find the cheapy car park, the staff told us that the Marina was the best on offer. This cost £8 for 48 hrs, which i thought wasn't too bad. Then a 10 minute walk back to the hotel, again if it had been raining. The walk was actually very nice walking back alongside Bancroft basin where all the boats were. Both nights were very good although we were woken by other guests who were drunk. We rang the reception who were aware of the noise but declined to sort it out. That was left to us. After a corridor confrontation all went quiet. The following morning i just happened to mention it to the day staff and a refund on the good nights sleep guarantee was made, top result, as i didn't think noise by other guests would apply. The room was really comfy we were on the lower floor, no views but without noisy guests, very quiet. Breakfast on both mornings, were as usual, excellent, with unlimited supply of food, coffee and all the other little bits we enjoy on a morning. The quality of the cooked food was second to none. Only realised on the last morning they did an evening dinner and breakfast deal which looked cracking value, wish i'd seen it earlier. All staff were helpful with suggestions on where to visit and what to see, and overall they were very very good. Once again another great value weekend all for £19 a night, keep the offers coming Premier Inn, i'll snap them up every time.

Room Tip: On arrival try to park in street adjacent to hotel, there is a parking charge so make your bag offload as quick as possible. Hotel is a bit of a maze but rooms on the lower ground are quiet, but no views

Our first "Premier inn" visit...
This turned out to be a nice comfortable room with many extras, Freeview t.v, hairdryer & kettle.
The Double bed was comfortable & clean & the bathroom/shower was spotless & very impressive.
The breakfast the next morning was superb..
As much as you can eat all for £8.25
The resturant fills up quickly so i would advise an early start between (7-8)
the 7 till 11.30am opening time should suit most.
Staff friendly & helpful & we would be pleased to come back again in the future...

Lovely room and friendly staff. We ate as a family in the restaurant in the evening and the food was really nice. There was a good variety of menu items and the waitress was very attentive.

The room was like any other premier inn. Clean and reasonably spacious for a young family of 4.

Stratford-upon-avon center was a couple minutes walk away.

The only issue we had was the parking was about 1/2 a mile away. You had to pay an all day fee and it said that it ran out at midnight, but according to the hotel it was valid till 9am the next morning; although it didn't state that on the parking ticket.

Apart from that, thanks for a lovely stay!

Booked 1 night to split our journey home from London - brilliant spot for families visiting srtatford!

We are regular visitors to Stratford, but never stayed at the pi here- will so again.
Room modern and clean - all we have come to expect from pi.

Downside - no parking. We were well aware of this before booking and were directed by staff to the marina which cost £8 for 24 hrs. Staff were friendly but obviously rushed off their feet running the restaurant as well as reception.

Room Tip: The place is an absolute maze! Try and get a room on the lower floors.
