“Lovely large and comfortable house in a fantastic location”
Reviewed March 3, 2018 for a stay in February 2018

Wheatsheaf House was perfect for our family get-together. It's a new build house so really well equipped with everything we needed. All the bedrooms are a really good size and there's a large lounge and kitchen diner with seating for 8 (we have stayed in big houses before that don't have enough dining chairs for the number of occupants!!) There's plenty of space to spread out and two bathrooms and three toilets (which was great with such a large group).

It is easy to get into Stratford-upon-Avon from the house either on foot (about 20 minutes) or on one of the frequent buses passing along the main road - we noticed that Stratford Parkway train station is also really close offering trains into Stratford town. There are a number of supermarkets nearby (Aldi, 24 hr Tesco) and a shopping centre. You can also get to all the famous tourist attractions really easily - there is. We visited the Stratford Butterfly Farm, Shakespeare's Birthplace, Ann Hathaway's Cottagelds and also drove to Broadway in the Cotswolds which is gorgeous. There's SO much to do in this area that you won't be able to squeeze it all into one trip. Fab!!
