We had an enjoyable stay in this B&B. It is in a quiet location, but within walking distance of the bars and restaurants on the high street .Breakfast was excellent, offering a good selection and lovely homemade bread. The room was nicely decorated, the bed very comfy and with en suite (although a little narrow) Highly recommended, friendly B&B.

Room Tip: Room 1 is at the back of the house and quiet although en suite a little narrow

Having not stayed in a guest house before, we were not sure what to expect, but booked as it was hugely cheaper than local hotels. We were not disappointed at all. We arrived quite late but were greeted with a smile and given our room key. The twin room that we booked was fab, more than clean and welcoming and with extras such as nice shower gels and hand wash as well as tea and coffee etc. The breakfast the next morning was a great start to the day too and Helen was really helpful in giving tips as to where to eat in the evening and local area.

We will definitely book to stay here again next year when we return to Birmingham, thanks to Helen and Tony for making our stay so good. Would definitely recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Nice little extras such as free wifi, bottled water, cake in the afternoon much appreciated. This property is spotlessly clean and very well kept, and the hosts are extremely welcoming. Our room (the Green Room) and its ensuite bathroom were very compact but had everything you needed for a pleasant, comfortable and warm stay. Great breakfasts too. Parking is on road but this is not a a problem.

Had a two night stay in January, that was very pleasant. Close to shops and supermarket. Clean room with excellent decor. Great power shower and huge double bed. Will certainly stay again. Thanks Tony and Helen x

I could go on about the great welcome; superb service; the clean, comfortable rooms; powerful, hot shower; and fantastic breakfast, but others already cover these points. I would like to thank the owners for their help and support when one of my colleagues fell ill during our stay. This is one good reason why I like the personal touch of a good British Guest House and this is one place I'll return too.

Room Tip: Steep stairs and small landings could be difficult if mobility is a problem.

We stayed at this lovely guest house for a one night stay. When we arrived we were greeted in a warm and friendly way and immediately felt at home. We were given our room key and asked what time we would like our breakfast. We had a chat about our stay and local places to eat. The owner was genuinely interested in our feedback from our meal out and said that he liked to pass this on to other guests if the feedback is good.

The B&B is a traditional house/home and has been fully modernised in a sympathetic way. Every room we saw had been refurbished to a high standard; all the furnishings looked new too.
We were given the family room on the front of the house. This was lucky as there was just the 2 of us. I would say that every need had been catered for, from the basket containing tea, coffee, biscuits, bottled water, to a great makeup mirror.
Everything was clean, the bed comfy, the duvet nice with crisp clean sheets. We liked the room and we would have felt comfortable in the room for a longer stay. As it was a cold night it was great that the room was warm and cosy.the sleap quality was good and the road quiet during the night.

The breakfast was of a high quality. My husband had the full English and wasn’t hungry again the whole day! I had cereals and some great creamy porridge with maple syrup. Very nice. The owners were again attentive, friendly asking if we wanted more homemade bread/toast or tea.

This B&B is of a high quality, set in a great location down a side street off the main Kenilworth road. It is a short stroll to the pubs and local restaurants. We will be staying here again when we visit the area and would not hesitate to recommend to friends. It also offers excellent value for money.

Stayed for only one night in the family room. Beautiful house with lovely decor. Owner was lovely and looked after us well. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice of food. Would recommend and we can't wait to stay again.
