We stayed overnight travelling from Edinburgh, it was easy to find, we stayed in a family room it was very clean and a lovely size room, also the staff were outstanding so polite and friendly in the hotel and the resturant, the food was excellent evening meal and breakfast alike.would have no hesitation in staying here again,

Stayed for three nights end August. Asked for and received end of corridor room. The very professional receptionist (Monica ) is a star. She should be cloned and put in every Premier Inn!
Has the patience of a saint, and is very diplomatic..
The hotel is under the flight path of Newcastle airport, so if you like air planes this is for you.
Obviously there will be some noise from them, but not to keep you awake unless you are a very light sleeper.
Would recommend to all and would be first choice on my next trip to that area.

Everything about this hotel is first class. Tariff is very reasonable. Room had everything you need and was very clean. Bathroom was spotless. Large screen T.V. Bed was very comfortable and had a good nights sleep. Overall this hotel is an excellent advertisement for Premier Inns. Would go out of my way to stop here again.

Stayed overnight whilst on a course at the business park adjacent to hotel. Found the place to be very modern and clean, staff were very nice, room was immaculate and the only gripe i would have is that the kettle and tea making facilities were a bit on the budget side which took the gloss off the room a little bit. However in general everything was grade A in my opinion and the breakfast in the morning was good value eat all you like for £8.25.Highly recommended

Room Tip: Ground floor is handy for bar and restuarant facilities, also quiet at the rear wing of the hotel

Stopped O/N on way to Alnwick. Gives the impression of being quite newly opened so everything is very clean and shiny. Premier have obviously listened to people's comments as the lighting in the room was much better. Nice big TV with Freeview. Couldn't be a better place to stay and it's easy off A1 or A19.
Had very nice meal and breakfast in Beefeater next door.
