A very interesting hour or so with so much information provided by excellent guides. Part of Newcastles heritage the tunnel has a very interesting past which is all fully explained. Run by the Ouseburn trust the time flys by due to the very knowledgeable guides. Meeting up at the Farm cafe where there is a decent selection of snacks and then walking to the tunnel was also a good part of the experience as information on the history of other buildings in the Ouseburn area was freely given.
I would highly recommend it to any visitors
