Bright, Modern restaurant, friendly staff, good service, good choice of menu and wine.
We arrived before 6 p.m. and had the choice of the early bird menu 2 course for £12.95 3 course£14.95 which was excellent value for money. I had the squid for starter and Haddock and chunky chips for main. Both were nicely presented, ample portions and lovely tasting. No dessert required! There was also a good a la carte menu offering a good choice of main and side dishes? The other members of our party had various dishes, including salmon fillet, steak and shoulder of pork with crackling, all beautifully presented. We were all very pleased with the food and the house red wine was very nice. We look forward to our next visit
