Never really been one for butterfly cabinet and sky apple cafe seems to have lost its way a little so today was another perfect opportunity to call in - very glad we did - lovely establishment with an excellent brunch on the go - the poached eggs are superb and the effort in the food is clear for all to see - highly recommended

Went to the butterfly cabinet and seen the que so decided to have a go at this place. The menu seemed funky but gave it a try and so glad we did! Had an excellent breakfast and will return. Flavour combinations are lovely with perfect portions to compliment.

Come here quite a lot for brunch and dinner - both are great [brunch beats dinner by a whisker]. Chinese dumplings are a highlight - and the pancakes at brunch are pretty filling. Also a great atmosphere and pretty unique, don't know anywhere else like it in Newcastle.

Had some lunch in Heaton and decided to arrive here for 2.30 for a cocktail before heading home. Website states 3pm closure as does the sign on the door however on arrival at 2.30 the closed sign was up. I note on facebook the closure is 2.30 but would rather belive the website and sign on the door. Staff with still wandering about inside. We had to spend out £20 elsewhere. Nevermind

Anyone who remembers the roaring 20’s age of elegance will certainly be wowed. Coco Chanel, the Great Gatsby and of LD course the Charleston made this decade famous. These guys have raised the bar in attention to detail even showcasing title winning Newcastle United amongst their vast picture gallery.
Staff absolutely lovely, menu to die for, especially the tapas style sharing plates and cocktails heavenly. Stunning!
