Hedgefield House Hotel

Our room was amazing. Beautifully set up and very large. We had three rooms total, and all of them were very different. We wished we had more time to spend here to enjoy it. It was tricky finding because the local bridge was out. It added about a half hour on our trip time trying to get there for arrival and after we went out. Staff was nice. A shouldn't miss!!!!

We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed it.
Lovely house with large bedroom which was lovely and cosy despite its size. Loved the bath. Very homely, friendly and spotlessly clean.
Excellent location with good bus route to Metrocentre or Newcastle.
Thanks for making us feel so welcome.

A group of eleven ladies stayed to attend a 40th birthday and we were accommodated in the separate annex. We were given a warm welcome, shown our rooms and told about breakfast. The decor was beautiful, modern and clean. Each room was unique with ample tea, coffee and biscuits. The glimpse I had of the main house looked amazing with a gorgeous chandelier in the hall. I will definitely go back for a more relaxing stay with my husband and check out the facilities and garden.

This place is spot on I've stayed in 3 rooms so far 2 on suit 1 not but Even the one without is spot on there's 2 toilet and shower rooms right across the hall this is furnished to a high standard the only down side I would say is breakfast is only served between 7:30 and 8:30 so you have to be up early if they served till 10:00 then this would be 110%
It's like staying in a nice 5* not a bnb can't say much else defo worth staying I'll be bk on my next visit up north

My partner and I stayed in the 4 poster suite this month, the room was gorgeous, so much space you could run laps! The bath looked impressive, disappointed we did not have time to use it! We missed breakfast as we slept late so I'm unable to comment, others have said it is of a good quality and I'm sure judging by the immaculate hotel it is highly likely breakfast follows suit. All in all a perfect setting for our weekend break.

Room Tip: Choose the suite, worth the few extra pennies!
