I have not eaten here but menu is well priced and I didnt see food left on peoples plates, always a good sign.
Traditional decor, kept spotlessly clean. Sort of place to bring foreign guests to show them a proper pub.
Friendly with small neat garden.
Ales included Shere Drop, Youngs Bitter and Doom Bar.

This is how a pub should be, Easy to find with it own car park. This place turns out good honest pub grub, and at sensible prices, unlike some pubs in the area who want to charge stupid money for tarted up sausages and mash etc. They do a small selection of home made pies which is what we usually go for when we visit. If you are in the area this place is well worth seeking out.

The quintessential British pub. Old fashioned but full of charm. Fast, friendly service. Great home cooked food served piping hot with lots of vegetables. I had beef brisket and my husband had steak and kidney pie. Both were excellent and the gravy was to die for! Only one down side....no room for dessert! We will definitely be making a return visit.

This quaint and historic little pub is still serving home cooked traditional English food and it is really good. The staff and very friendly and the service is ultra quick. They make the best homemade steak and kidney pie ever ! A lot of food if you are really hungry. It has a cosy, friendly ambiance and every visit is a real treat !

The Bulls Head is a typical Old fashioned british pub that is rather tired but stuill has a lot of charm and character. The menu has some of the classic British dishes including some excellent home made pies. Also a special board which included last time we visited Shepherds Pie, Liver, and Sausage Toad. the portions are generous and you won't leave hungry. The food cost is below average but drinks prices tend to be higher. There is a car park besidethe pub. Well worth a visit if in the area and we would certainly return here to eat.
