The walk up from the Carpark is very steep and uneven so not great for those who struggle walking, but it was a great work out of you run up the steps.

Once at the top of the hill you have great views across Surrey and it's even better at the top of the tower. The tower is great when it's quiet as it's very narrow so only one person can fit up the stairs at once. Worth the trip! The cafe at the bottom was a nice addition, looks like they have a good choice too.

Steep hill up from the car park but well worth the walk, when you get to the top of the tower you are higher than the shard, and the view over the south are amazing. Worth it. The cafe at the bottom of the tower is really nice.

Combined this with a visit to Leith Hill place. There is a well way marked route between the two which makes a good circular walk.
The walk up to the tower was not too steep. If you come up from Windy Gap car park it is steep steps but there is a more gradual climb from starvell corner car park.
The tower has one spiral staircase which is worth it as the views from the top are amazing and there are signs saying what are are looking over to. What is amazing is how 'green' this area of the south east is despite being near Gatwick.
There is a small catering outlet but did not use. Good to combine it with a longer walk or leith hill house.

A very pleasant and pretty walk up to the top of the hills, culminating in a brisk climb up the tower. Once at the top, on a clear day, the views are lovely, all round 360 degrees.
Good car parking facilities take the stress out of it.
