What a fantastic b&b. In such a beautiful spot, in the middle of forests, open fields and great walks. Leith Hill is not far away. The owners are lovely hosts, even giving homemade jam! And the room is spacious, and on two floors - but extremely cosy and clean. I definately hope to come and stay again!

Returned to stay at Leylands Farm after 3 years and instantly felt relaxed. Anne is a wonderful host and words cannot even come close to describing how idyllic Leylands Farm is. Beautiful walks are a moment away, superb resturants in Dorking, Little Dudley House is well worth a visit, superb food and would highly recommend.

I cannot fault Leylands Farm, its far better than any 5 star hotel and the little extra touches make you feel very special and I feel very privileged to go and stay there - it really is a magical place. I guarantee nobody will ever be disappointed staying there.

Anne, thank you for a wonderful week, we both loved it as always and look forward to coming back soon :-)

We were recommended Leylands Farm because we were looking for a B&B outside of a city in the country but still guaranteed a certain standard - this is exactly what we found! Once you make it through the woods (good description on website) you find a gem of a B&B: in the midst of a beautiful garden, clean, new amenities, with luxourious little details. We loved the fact that we had our own little annex and that we could have our breakfast there whenever we wanted (includes great home-made jam, variety of tea/coffee, fresh milk, toast, etc.). Would definitely come back - also to the pub down the street which offers great food and an amazing ambiance!

Lovely, cosy escape from the world! Great walking trails in the common or in the garden. Guest suite has everything you could possibly want, and Milly the dog made us feel even more welcome. Very quiet and romantic, with the best homemade marmalade ever tasted - we're looking forward to a return visit!

I recently stayed at Leylands Farm with my two young children and found the location, accommodation and quality of the experience to be extremely pleasant.

Set on a quiet country lane, yet only a short distance from the M25, there was an immediate sense of peacefulness on arrival at the property. The house is set in large beautifully manicured gardens providing an excellent opportunity for children to play or guest to relax. The accommodations are an annex to a traditional period house providing comfortable living space set over two stories. We were warmly welcomed by our hostess Anne and my children were given the opportunity to feed the fish and to see the chickens and ducks (and to let them out of their hatches and collect eggs in the morning). Anne volunteered to book us a table at a wonderful local restaurant, and we slept extremely soundly in the silence of the countryside.

The following day Anne showed us to a short walk to the top of Leith's Hill and we managed to convince the two Labradors at the property to accompany us. We left with 6 farm eggs as a gift having thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
