This was a really great place to go and see.
The entry prices were very reasonable for families, and the displays interesting and informative.
The person there was helpful and knowledgeable, quite keen to talk about the mill and nice.
It is a beautiful mill, with seating and picture guides to look out and see birds as well.
It has been well refurbished and it is great to see milling history of the Uk at a mill that still mills and sells flour.

A ton of effort ha gone into preserving and restoring the mill in equal measure. Get you're timing right and you get too see flour ground as it was for centuries and sold locally. It gives a glimpse of Woodbridge past.

Good for kids

This is a beautifully refurbished tide mill in a very attractive location. It is well organised, safe for children and from time to time flour is ground there in the old tried and tested way. Well worth a visit.

We went with two young grandsons. The mill has been beautifully restored and there are several exhibits that demonstrate how it used to work. A lot of effort has been made to make the exhibits accessible and educational for children. The staff were very friendly and keen to help with any queries. There are nice views out over the river, it's a really nice place to visit.

After having a cup of tea and cake in the tea room at the railway station I took a short walk to the mill, and walked around it was fascinating but the gentleman looking after it that day made it come alive with his knowledge and stories.a must to see when in the area with a great view over the river.
