We visited Newmarket from Australia over Christmas 2013 and had a great stay at Newmarket Boutique Apartments. Rebecca and the other staff were very accommodating and the apartment we had was very good value, if a little on the snug side for six adults. The furniture and decor made it very homely and the kitchen and the rest of the apartment were very well set up. The beds were very comfy and we found the apartment a very relaxing place to come back to, topped off by the location which made it easy to take nice walks on the heath. We would definitely stay there again on another visit to Newmarket.

The wife and myself. Have stopped at the Newmarket Boutique Apartments, on several occasions over the years. And it has never failed to deliver yet !
The rooms are fantastic. Modern, stylish, spotless, comfortable. All set in the most wonderful of surroundings. Nothing is too much trouble for the proprietors. Helpful, friendly, and very professional.
We would never stop anywhere else, whilst visiting the area.

I regularly visit Newmarket on business and these apartments are a great alternative to hotels for me.

The cost is equivalent if not cheaper than a local hotel and there is access to a whole apartment including working kitchen. As someone who likes to cook this is very handy for me although even if I did not cook I would be happy to stay there.

I have stayed in three of the apartments so far and the same standard carries throughout all.

Room Tip: All apartments are very similar but there are apartments available with two bedrooms.

We booked a five night stay and were so impressed with everything, we added another two nights at the end of our trip! The accommodation was perfect, breakfast supplies were spot on, and the owner and staff were wonderful. We were given a tour of the other apartments and all were as tasteful and luxurious as our one bedroom unit. We feel extremely comfortable giving this property a 5 star rating and look forward to staying there on future visits to the area.

We booked three nights in the one bedroom apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were made very welcome on arrival. The accommodation was tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard. At the time of booking it actually cost us much less than staying at a local hotel in a double room with sofa bed and gave us much more value for our money.
The apartment consisted of a very pleasant lounge with dining table, kitchen, a good sized bedroom with shower en-suite. It was so nice to return "home" to such lovely accommodation instead of just a hotel room. In addition we were able to park (at no additional cost) just outside the premises. One hotel in Newmarket may be reasonable, but you have to park in Newmarket public car park.
The kitchen was quite small, but no smaller than expected, and perfectly fine for our needs - I was certainly not disappointed with the appliances. It had had an oven, hob, sink and fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave and all necessary utensils to cook with, I wasn't expecting anything more. Both the cutlery and crockery were perfectly clean and it was nice to have a welcome breakfast pack for us to cook at our leisure on our first morning. The pack included milk, butter, bacon, eggs, orange juice etc. and there was also a supply of coffee and tea.
Our daughter slept very comfortably in the lounge which was big enough to take a bed (which was provided just for our visit) and wasn't in our way. Our bedroom was lovely and although I would have preferred a harder bed that is only my preference - nothing can really beat your very own bed can it!
We will definitely book this apartment for our future visits to Newmarket and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering visiting the town, which in itself has a lot to offer and also has so many nice places to visit nearby.

We booked a week in a one bedroom apartment and could only manage one overnight stay before leaving. Why? the list is long but here's a summary - tiny kitchen, lack of kitchen appliances, dirty cutlery, breakfast pack contained eggs over a week out of date, broken knives, no bath robes, nowhere to plug in razor in bathroom, broken handles on bedside cabinets, broken hinges on bathroom cabinets, blind in kitchen window too short so footpath outside can look in,matress on bed very old and worn. Heavens need I go on?
We booked on the basis of expecting a luxury experience. Sadly this apartment does not match there claims. We had to leave and find another place to stay in Newmarket at great inconvenience and expense.
By the way, don't let this put you off Newmarket - lots to do especially if you like horses and horse racing.

Room Tip: stay somewhere else
