We love this place and so do many others but it's never felt the least bit crowded. There are bathrooms and a small order window where you can get snacks, including ice cream. You can always water your dogs with the dog bowl out front of the order window. There is a aviary to see, it's also free. We like to go to the Sat. market, load up on fresh goods and walk down to have the picnic. It's wonderful.

We enjoyed a leisurely walk through the gardens on our way to St. Mary's Church.on Honey Hill. The gardens are beautifully kept and the community of squirrels a delight to watch.

Recommended on a fine day.

The whole area is beautifully kept. Lovely on a sunny day to sit and admire the flowers and squirrels! The toilets are clean and welcoming. The duck army that resides in the gardens are great fun for kids to feed. The play areas are brilliant, only thing is if it was even bigger! It has tennis courts, bowling greens and plenty of open space to knacker kids out in.

Well worth a walk through and visit, especially with children.

If you visit Bury St Edmund's, you must visit the Abbey Gardens. Lovely gardens, ruins and great play area for the little ones.

This is a lovely place to visit. There are squirrels to feed - if you bring peanuts - ruins of the abbey to see, playground for kids and right in the heart of Bury.
Just a great place to visit.
