Our first visit to this restaurant and we were impressed by the service and friendly staff, the décor and the generous space between tables. The menu is very varied and there are daily specials on the board. Our starters included Tai-style prawn and mango, smoked squid salad, and Parma ham with parmesan. All dishes were innovative, and a delicious combination of flavours. For our main course two chose the selection of smoked fish, a wonderfully original dish, a feast for the eyes as well as the palate, The other main course choice was Piri Piri chicken with Caesar salad and brilliant skin-on hand-made fries, it all worked really well together, truly memorable. We had no space left for dessert, just coffee, but the puds being served to other tables looked interesting for a future visit. We chose a house wine which was excellent quality. Our food worked out at £20.00 per head, very good value for money. We will be back again soon!
