“What a pleasure”

I had never previously set foot in a Premier Inn and was not really sure what to expect.

Well I was very pleased with what I found.

The welcome was friendly and professional, in fact every staff member we came into contact with was excellent - friendly without being pushy and interested in you as a guest.

The room was very comfortable with just the TV being rather difficult to get to work but I think that was due to batteries being low.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower also excellent.

Breakfast had a great range of foods all cooked as requested and again served professionally.

I would highly recommend this venue and look forward to a return visit.

We were day/night. Guests at Wynyard hall for a wedding, in checking online this was the nearest hotel and as it reviewed so well, we booked in advance in March.
It took us about 5/10 mins to drive from wynyard hall, to the premier inn, it's a great location next to it is a Toby, Kentucky,McDonald's,garage etc... So lots at hand if you're staying here.
I had checked in online, on arrival 21/6/14 we were greeted by Laura she was taking a booking on the phone and apologised several times for our wait, we didn't mind as her warm and friendly smile when we entered counts for a lot..we were happy to wait.
She was very friendly , and genuine ,gave us a quick run through of the hotel etc, advised she was back on in the morning, and booked us a taxi to go straight back to the wedding evening.
The hotel is nipping clean, the rooms are great, comfy bed and all things at hand, tea/coffee/ iron, towels ,soap/showergel etc..got a little warm but there is a fan in the room which came in great
Only thing I would say as a lady requiring heated hair appliances, there wasn't a plug point near the vanity type mirror, or even a mirror above the desk where there was a power point as this would be a great place to sit and get ready.
On returning to the hotel before midnight again a really great friendly greeting from another lady, she commented on our attire kindly and advised coffee machine on, introduced herself ..her name began with s..and told us she was there till 7! Again great friendly service !
I was so impressed with the service from the reception team.. Good friendly greetings and the want to build rapport with customers is a rare thing to see and this hotel deserves real credit for the team..
Check out was as swift as check in..Laura recognised us asked had we had a good stay, bid us farewell and said shed hope to see us again, if we need to stay in that area again we wouldn't hesitate!!
Thankyou premier inn and ladies for a pleasurable stay with great customer focus!!

I have stayed here many times, and always go back when I'm in the Billingham/Stockton area for business as the staff are so friendly and eager to help. I'm never disappointed. It's always nice to be remembered, too, and treated as someone special.

Room Tip: The rooms on the car park side get less noise from the A19, to be honest I never notice it. It's...

Travelling for business has been a nightmare at this area with very little options for accomodation. This hotel provides what is expected for as a franchise hotel. Everything is reasonable new and clean. No space for spirit at this place, no wardrobe, small and funtional bathroom with shower and shared door for bathroom toilet (strange thing). Reasonable breakfast buffet, not great but normal. May be best choice in the area for that price though it is not better than any Ibis.

Right place for a one even two days stay not more.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Would definitely recommend it. It had a mcdonalds,KFC,a pub with great breakfast and carvery all on site. The hotel staff were extremely helpful. Only I slight negative was when we purchased wifi you could only connect 2 devices. With 2 adults and 2 children we could have used more.

Excellent hotel, this was my first visit. Rooms were good and the service from the staff were friendly and excellent.
The only drawback to the hotel is it has a Toby Carvery with a menus restricted to carvery, there are no other options.
I found a number of pubs within walking distance who serve good food other than a carvery. I went to the Wellington but there is another across the road form that and there is one a little further away which looks good.
