This is a lovely place, very civilised with beautiful decor. The food is excellent and the service is attentive, but not too attentive - in fact I probably shouldn't be doing a review as it's one of Stoke's best kept secrets and I would really like it to stay that way.
The clientele are mostly business people or of a certain age, ie no noisy youngsters who don't know how to behave, and you are unlikely to hear people swearing or observe any bad manners. Table manners and ettiquette are a must. The dress code is smart.
