We visit here every few months and are never disappointed. The food is fresh and plentiful, chips are home made which makes a difference. Titanic ale is always a bonus and prices are good too. Service is always warm and friendly, no doubt we will return !

When we arrived it was lovely, having a quiet drink. Then the staff started to clean the tables with strong bleach which burnt the back of our throats!! Upon raising our concern with the staff, they said that they didn't use bleach, but surprisingly they had to open the doors to let the smell out!!! Crazy, it's an insult to women trying to say that it wasn't bleach!!!

Called in with friends for a quick meal on a Friday night. I ordered the meat & potato pie which came with some cauliflower and broccoli, separate gravy and chips. The food was nice, very hot(!), the pie contained plenty of meat. Price wasn't too bad and service was ok. The pub itself has never been my favourite of the 'Titanic' pubs as I prefer the Burslem and Leek pubs. Would give the food a 4 overall, service and value a 3 and atmosphere a 2. Would call again for food.

A good pub that I visit often. Nice Decor and a good amount of seating. I like the Titanic theme of the decor that all of the brewary's pubs have, gives it an individual feel. As would be expected there is a great selection of Titanic Ale at a great price, any pub is only as good as its drink and this ticks a ll of the boxes. Good feel there also. The quiz on Tuesday is recommended.

A few negatives though. The food is average if that is what you are going for, not as good as the Glebe. Probably a pub to avoid if you don't want the Titanic Ale. The wine price is ok (only small or large though where the Glebe offer a medium size) but the Lager or Cider prices are high. I suppose this does subsidise the price of Ale though. Lastly I don't think it has the 'feel' of the Glebe or the Greyhound Titanic pub in Hartshill. Can't put my finger on why though?
