Ok - so Im biased, as a Stoke City fan. But I'm essentially a football fan who has travelled extensively to watch the "beautiful game" in all the English leagues. Britannia Stadium is an excellent ground with good views from all stands and friendly, helpful staff. Very basic but adequate food menu in the stands, excellent cuisine served in the Tony Waddington Suite and boxes. Parking is the major downside, it's very poorly organised, tickets for parking within the ground need to be both purchased and collected in advance (why not pay and display?) and the stadium isn't close enough to enterprising local companies who might offer match day parking at low cost (as is the case at most other EPL grounds). Wide availability on South car park, pay on parking. Allow 45 mins to an hour to exit after the match, the latest traffic management system hasn't helped at all.
