Have visited on two occassions now and each time was served politely, pub itself was OK, comfortable and sociable. Good selection of drinks & made to feel welcome.
Would recommend more suitable for night use rather than day time.

I've been twice now to Lucy's and it's great to see a venue that supports orignal music and local bands!

As someone who doesn't go to see Tribute band's which clog all out local venue's up, Lucy's is like a breath of fresh air for the West Midlands Live scene and gives me options to check out new bands or indeed catch up with old favourites!

The sound set-up is first class and shames much larger venues with bigger budgets, great lighting rig and although it is a converted pub you feel like your in a proper music venue!

Add to that laid back and extremely freindly bar staff and crew, it makes for an enjoyable night ou!

Here's hoping this great new venue stays around for along time to come, i've already got a fistfull of gigs i want to go to there over the next couple of months and hopefully there will be plenty more to come!

I saw Limehouse Lizzy at Lucy’s Bar and had a great night. The band were superb, their set being over two hours long and the venue was great as well a good bar area and 300 capacity stage area for the gig though a couple more real ales would be welcome. I’ll certainly be going back soon.

Cant believe they charge to get in here, really isolating itself from the local community of pye green and hednesford a real disconnect - just a vanity project destined for financial ruin, poor marketing. Business is all about reputation and establishing yourself clearly in the mind of your customers. Needs to return to the basics and engage local people

A double helping of metal and rock at Lucy’s Bar. A great new venue that’s quickly gaining a foot hold on the Midlands live music scene. Brimming with vigour, Venom and Apathy delivered their groove-laden tracks with an undeniable force. Through great emotive hooks, bare knuckle bravado and a great theatrical display from the masked Greg Boden on Bass, Venom and Apathy grab you by the neck and won’t let you go. Hardcore metal newcomer’s Their Souls For Gold debut night showed off their asphalt chewing hardcore, thoroughly mixed with a good quotient of rage. With a rhythm section heavy on horsepower and meaty riffs, Their Souls For Gold display great musicianship and attitude. Thanks to Stephen Turner for his review of the gig!!!
