Had a meal at Beah last Wednesday , slightly off the beaten track.
But service was extremely friendly and helpful.

Choice of food was great , we had the Meze starter for two which was superb , followed by the Lamb Taguine again superb food.

Tried this quite by chance.

We shared a meze for 3 as a starter - everything delicious, but quite big - a starter for two would have down three of us. ! The fish tagine was really good; the rainbow trout good. Desserts looked lovely, but we couldn't manage them.

Service was friendly. There was a bit of a wait for the first course but they were extremely busy, and by the time we finished the starter, everything was back on track.

Will definitely go there again next time I'm in Wells. I recommend booking.

The restaurant was off the main street but the food was delicious and service very attentive. We both had the tagine and it was well cooked.

Everything on the menu sounded tasty and from the sounds of the other diners in this intimate, cosy setting, everything was cooked to perfection. Despite intending to go for the house special, a Moroccan tagine, I was tempted by the specials and after a well-mixed Pimms I had the chilli-garlic prawns then rib-eye steak in a mushroom sauce with just about the best chips I have ever eaten.
However, the defining element was the cheerfulness and attentiveness of the waiter, who was extremely knowledgeable (despite looking about 15).
I had a window seat in the corner and sneakily raised the blind to watch an exquisite sunset across the expansive sky. Best show in town!

Excellent food and service. Incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was very quiet for a Saturday night (just one other table at 8:30). However overall an excellent meal.
