“First visit which wont be the last”
Reviewed October 6, 2013

Even though we live near to Wells this was the first time we had eaten at Beah. We both had the stuffed pork tenderloin which was cooked beautifully and generous to boot. Our waiter was always courteous and polite and the fact that a couple of times during our visit people were turned away for on the spot tables as the restaurant was fully booked! That in itself tells you something! The only negative thing to comment was the yellow decor did not give off a warm or cosy vibe.

“Good food made the evening”
Reviewed October 3, 2013

Four of us ate here yesterday and I have to say that the meal was excellent. I had the Lamb Tagine with prunes and couscous; tasty and piping hot. My family members equally enjoyed their meals. It proved hard to find room for dessert but the taster with coffee proved just enough. The service was attentive and friendly, even down to the loan of a brolley at the end of the evening as the heavens had opened and we were walking. Would recommend if you are visiting Wells.

I would highly recommend lunch or dinner here, it such a good atmosphere to eat and enjoy yourself here with friends or family.

“Busy Saturday lunchtime.”
Reviewed September 22, 2013

We were looking for somewhere to have lunch last Saturday lunchtime - which is always busy in Wells. We had been meaning to try Beah for ages and are only sorry that we haven't been before! The food was really good. We had fishcakes, which sounds dull, but they were very tasty are the creamy leeks that came with it were a great idea. We were on a tight time limit (car park) and just wished that we had had time for 3 courses. The staff were very polite, cool and efficient (and you know how irritating it is when you are in a hurry and they are not!). We will go again very soon.

“Off chance visit.”
Reviewed September 21, 2013

What can I say? My wife & I had a lovely evening meal here. Nice atmosphere, great welcome & service.

The food was lovely & plenty of it. For main course we had 2 different tagines & both were brilliant.

Full marks for a lovely meal. Thanks.

Not to mention the value for money!
