Lovely clean room and bathroom, extremely comfortable bed, very friendly reception from all the staff and great service at the Restaurant adjacent to the hotel at dinner and breakfast times. Couldn't fault anything other than the noise from the busy road at the back of the hotel which meant I could not sleep.

We found the staff to be very friendly, the rooms to be nice and fresh looking - what you'd expect from a brand new hotel. It was pretty much as you'd expect from a Premier Inn.

Only small issues with the room were 1, the air-conditioning was VERY noisy and 2, we were in one of the rooms at the front of the hotel facing the main road - we could hear the noise of cars going past quite loudly even though the windows were firmly closed.

The let-down for us was the Brewers Fayre next door. We always have the Premier Breakfast when we stay but this time it did not live up to expectations.

We stayed for 2 nights and the first morning, the food was particularly good - not hot enough, the eggs were over-cooked and generally the food was just not that great.

The second day, the food was actually fine - if you could get any! Whilst the staff were very friendly, we were constantly waiting for plates, cups, glasses, milk, butter for the toast, bread for toast, croissants, jam, hot food, the list goes on! Had the restaurant been packed it might have been understandable, but they weren't even half full! We had to ask numerous times just to get some butter so we could have some toast and it was finally restocked after about 20 minutes.

We complained to Reception at the Premier Inn (we had paid for our breakfast at the Premier Inn at the same time as booking in) and they refunded our money for breakfast. I think they'd had a LOT of complaints that day about the breakfast.

All in all, the hotel was in a good location for the places we wanted to visit, but we probably wouldn't stay at this particular Premier Inn again for a while at least, as the breakfast is normally one of our favourite parts of the stay. If we did stay there again, I'd ask for a hotel on the opposite side to the main road to hopefully reduce the road noise.

Friendly helpful staff, great to have bath (unlike where we usually stay, the travelodge sometimes is shower only) and proper curtains (not stark, cold blinds like the travelodge). Free internet for 30 mins is appreciated. Bit too far to walk to town for me in the cold - probably ok in the summer 'tho. Nice and quiet,

Stayed 4 nights and really enoyable time. Rooms are comfortable and roomy, clean and new (only been open a few months). So close to everything. Tesco's, KFC and Subway a quick 5 min walk away. Staff are friendly and helpful and can help you decide what to do and give clear directions too.

Room Tip: Rooms on ground floor carpark side are quieter. Cafe is out main door and to the left in a brick bu...

Just had 3 nights at the new Premier Inn, Glastonbury. Great location, about mid way between Glastonbury and Street, very clean and comfortable rooms and outstanding staff. I would not hesitate to book another break in this hotel.
All the staff where raising money for Great Ormond Street Hospital while we were there by wearing PJ's and sleeping over in reception, what a great bunch.
A special thank you to the young girl on reception who printed out some vouchers for me.

This is a newly built hotel with and adjoining Brewers Fayre facility for meals.
It was in preitine condition and very sensibly priced. It was very clean and seemed to have adequate local staff, who were competant in their jobs.
The adjoining restaurant was busy on a Saturday night with a typical uncomplcated pub menu which was well cooked and promptly served. Two adults and a child eat 2 courses with drinks for just under £40, quite an achievement these days!
The breakfast next day was the usual buffet with a good selection, which was frequently and promptly replenished.
Good place within a mile of Clarkes outlet village and only 20 minutes from Yeovilton Fleet Air Arm Museum, within easy reach of Glastonbury Tor. Well done.

We stayed here for two nights as a family of four (myself, my Husband and our two sons 3 1/2 and 2.) The room was plenty big enough, and had a kingsize bed for us and a sofa bed which the boys' shared top and tail. The room was clean and modern, as was the bathroom, with plenty of space to store luggae etc. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. It is very well situated for visiting clarks village and is on the edge of Glastonbury so perfect for this town ans Street. I would definitely recomend to a friend and would stay again myself.
