all I can say is this place feels mystical and spiritual, and you must make the "pilgramage2 if you are visiting Glastonbury, I don't think the weather will matter, its just memorising and magic. promise!

“Magical Experience”
Reviewed July 20, 2013

The Tor in the moonlight was simply magical. A great place to sit and drink in the atmosphere. Getting of the Tor even in the moonlight was quite tricky as it was difficult to work out the edge of the steps so taking a small torch would be advisable.

“Stunning Views”
Reviewed July 19, 2013

Bit of a hike up the tor but so worth it. We had a beautiful day and that just made the views even more stunning. Had an amazing day out in Glastonbury and couldn't more highly recommend a trip out west.

“Worth the effort”
Reviewed July 15, 2013

The route to the top of the Tor is challenging but take your time and enjoy the wonderful views of the surrounding countryside from the many rest areas. At the top, a Dowser was giving free talks and demonstrations regading the Tor's history and place in Arthurian Legend. Just relax and absorb the peaceful ambience. Earlt morning is best as it can get quite busy in the afternoon.

“Amazing views- worth the walk!”
Reviewed July 14, 2013

It's quite a hike to get up there, starting from the road near the chalice well is less steep than the other side. On a clear day you can see the coast. Well worth the walk!
