“Great views of region”
Reviewed November 28, 2011

It was magic - I am really out of shape so it was a bit tough to go up, but once you're there it-s great... landscape is beautiful and the day we were it was kind of misty, so it gave a sort of mystical look which was very interesting

“Magical!!”
Reviewed November 21, 2011

The climb can be a bit rough going but if you pace yourself and take a breather when needed it is well worth the climb!!!!! The view and atmosphere is very magical!!!! When I climbed it at the top was a folk band playing and people dancing!!! You never know what to expect. I would expect at least 2 hours if not more.

“Glastonbury Tor”
Reviewed November 17, 2011

lovely walk, strenuous though - The Tor is part of the sacred landscape of Glastonbury, and the two sacred wells originate beneath the tor. At one time, before the land was altered for agriculture by the monks of the Abbey, the Tor was no doubt an island, a vision arising from the mists of Avalon.

“Great but a hard slof to get up there!”
Reviewed November 14, 2011

Was really great except for a scout group marauding around spoling the ambience!
Excellent views from the top!
