“Nice flat in the heart of Glastonbury town with a view of the Tor”

Lovely little appartment and excellent value for money, only a couple of minutes walk to the high street in Glastonbury town centre. Good facilities in the flat, plenty of parking space and view of the Tor from the living room window. Morrisons is just across the road, so perfect for self catering or for getting those items you forgot to bring! The flat has storage heaters but also extra electric heaters which was great, as it was freezing outside
The only negative things i can think of are that it's only accessible via stairs (fine for us but not for people who can't manage stairs), and being part of a block of appartments you get all the usual noises at different times of day and night - so don't go expecting peace and quiet all the time. There is internet access but really only sufficient for checking e-mails, not good enough for streaming videos or high data transfer.
Overall i'd recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the Centre of Glastonbury, it's great value for money.

“lovely flat, brilliant for the shops and surrounding area”
Reviewed March 5, 2013 for a stay in March 2013

This is great for a home from home and I felt very safe staying here. There's a short cut into town by the side of morissons and I parked at the front rather the car park and all was fine.

“Always a pleasure”
Reviewed March 4, 2013 for a stay in February 2013

I have now stayed at 15 Oriel Drive on several occasions and highly recommend it. The holiday apartment has everything needed for a relaxing break and the view of Glastonbury Tor from the lounge window is spectacular.

A friend travelling with me, who stayed at Oriel for the first time, has asked for details of the owner so that she can book the apartment for herself at a later date.

The beds are comfortable, the lounge peaceful and the kitchen well equipped with everything you may need during your break. The apartment is also perfectly located close to the town centre and next to a supermarket - handy for buying fresh breads for breakfast I found!

The owner of the apartment is also lovely to communicate with and is very helpful and kind and the rates are very reasonable compared to other accommodation in Glastonbury. I cannot recommend 15 Oriel Drive enough.

“Home from Home”
Reviewed February 26, 2013 for a stay in February 2013

Oriel Drive is a lovely apartment, with all home comforts. Well situated near town and all amenities. There is a car park space allocated. I have traveled with my husband and child; we found the apartment to be of high standards. Well equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, bedrooms with sufficient storage and comfortable beds. There are plenty books, games and DVDs, available if you want to stay in, but within a short walk you can explore the diversity of shops, cafes, restaurants and history of Glastonbury. I highly recommend this apartment, it is warm, clean, and we had a very pleasant stay.

“A well maintained flat everything you need just a step away..”
Reviewed February 24, 2013 for a stay in December 2012

We have stayed here a number of times and its so lovely we keep coming back. With Morrison's just across the road for convenience and everything else within easy walking distance Oriel Drive is such a great place to use as a base to unwind after a busy day.
The flat is well kitted out with some thoughtful touches that make for a nice n cosy feeling enriched by the perfect view of the Tor (with the provided binoculars if needed)

“Such a lovely place to stay”
Reviewed October 9, 2012 for a stay in September 2012

A lovely apartment close to the town centre with a clear view of the Tor from the sitting room window. The owner has clearly given a lot of thought to the comfort of her visitors, the apartment is attractively furnished & very clean with a well equipped kitchen, even DVDs were provided. I have been travelling to Glastonbury for many years and so far this is my favourite place to stay ...I'll be back!!

“Absolutely great”
Reviewed October 8, 2012 for a stay in April 2012

We frequently stay at this flat and we love it! So handy for the shops and always very clean and tidy. We always feel it is our second home and go at least twice, if not three times or more a year. Going back in October.
