We found this campsite about 4 years ago by accident and because it is a child free zone, we decided to try out the cabins. We haven't looked back since - the camping cabins are amazing - a little home from home & now that they have a dog friendly one - even better!
The campsite is beautifully kept, the staff are second to none & the homemade cakes are.... Nothing short of awesome!!
I would thoroughly recommend this site for anyone looking for a place to recharge their batteries. The location is amazing and it is within walking distance into Glastonbury.
Keep up the good work gang - we hope to be back soon!!

We have just returned from a fantastic 2 days at our favourite camp site. We have stayed here in the past but this time we opted to take our black lab Bobbie in the dog friendly cabin. The cabin was warm, comfortable and the facilities for dog owners are second to none. The new shower block is most definitely 5 star, so clean and warm. The site just gets better and better and is a credit to the friendly hard working wardens and cleaners. We all can't wait to come back and as for the carrot cake and sublime coffee cake I'm already getting withdrawal symptoms. Can't wait to come back.

Took the opportunity for an early Spring week away.
Despite the park only just opening for the season, everything is perfect already here. Hard work and preparation have definitely paid off.
We were welcomed by Steve who checked us in and immediately offered a free upgrade to a "Superpitch" (When available) this was an excellent start.
I was also able to take advantage of a free night offer as a new customer and we made use of free wifi whilst on the site, this was also very well received.
The site is well placed behind Glastonbury Tor and is elevated which provides for magnificent views over Somerset. Down a track and off a minor road, and as an adults only site, you can expect it to be a very quiet and relaxing site.
A short walk (3/4 mile) uphill to the Tor which is well worth a visit, we even managed a walk to Glastonbury (3 miles return) for a trip to the pasty shop!
The shower blocks are by far the very best I have seen comparing easily with some 5* hotels that I have experienced (Seriously, they are awesome!). Environmental considerations are high on the agenda here and the shower block is impressively eco friendly. There are so many features designed to minimise environmental impact that major awards have quite rightly been made.
I would not hesitate to recommend this site to anyone who enjoys camping at its very best.
I will definitely return here.
As a site for adults only there you can expect

Myself and partner stayed one night in a camping cabin for a valentines/21st birthday break...if only we stayed longer! Staying in February was lovely as the cabin was warm and cosy with the heating. The location is fantastic and we have already said we will definitely be coming back! The velux window in the cabin gave a breathtaking view of the night sky and it was lovely to lye back and relax. Can't fault this break in any way! The price is very affordable and we would recommend the cabins to everyone!

The setting, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff made this a very enjoyable holiday. I don't think you could find better anywhere. Although we had one of the 'smaller' pitches, we had loads of room between us and the next caravan. Close to Glastonbury and ideal for touring the area.

This wonderful holiday park is excellent best we have visited, clean tidy with all amenities for motor home owners there is a car hire firm who will fetch and deliver at very reasonable rates. The pitch we had was outstanding paid a little extra for a super pitch well worth the extra, plenty or space between pitches with trees shrubs bushes kept very well the grass kept cut. We had all the services outside of our motor home door which included chemical waste drain, grey water drain and hook up electric the pitch was level All the staff very friendly and so helpful a beautiful Somerset Park will be visiting many more times. THE VERY BES.
