I have walked past this restaurantmany times and it has always seemed busy so when it appeared to be quiet on wednesday evening i popped in and was taken with the specials board.I had rsun dried tomatoes and galic soup followed by Madras sea bass, rinsed down with a bottle of Glastonbury Ale, all this for £19.50!! Absolute bargain for the food was superb, shame about the waiter who seemed completly dissinterested in customers and keener on wanting to close, this was @ 7.30 closing time 9pm !

Really enjoyed the breakfast's here - excellent sized portions with a real focus on good organic and local food - even the baked beans are home made - nothing is made in a rush - all the better for it!!!

I love the ambience, the staff are fantastic and such a range of drinks, cake and food to experience. This is where I always head for when in Glastonbury.

“Good healthy imaginative food with a vegetarian emphasis in a basic rustic setting”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 24, 2013

We have been for lunch several times at the Hundred Monkeys. The menu is always different to anywhere else with an emphasis on wholesome and organic food with plenty of vegetables, good portions and good value. Unusual drinks are a specialty. The building and furnishings are basic and practical but clean enough. It is probably more suited to adults than children. At the back of the restaurant is a workshop specialising in recycling old bicycles which is quite ecological like the restaurant. We always enjoy it but it might not suit those who want a posh atmosphere.
