Pie and chips on a friday with a pint before a game of rugby, just what any person needs

Food was outstanding, mainly because they keep it simple, pie and chips or mash with gravy

would totally recommend this place to anyone

An absolutely amazing pie and chips. Really simple concept, beautifully delivered with friendly and attentive staff. Keep it up!

Been to the Raven several times recently when visiting my old home base, Bath. I always enjoy the experience. There are a great range of beers offered and wide range of pies on the menu! The upstairs and downstairs bars are tiny but the building retains it's old original style, charm and design. I must say that the staff are pleasant. I will be back.

Great little pub. I say little know it has two floors. Music on the ground floor with comfy seats and some more seating upstairs. Great range of local ales. Good prices and we had a couple of pie dinners. Great portions and fantastic flavours. I would go back to this place. Friendly staff as well. Bonus

This was a proper boozer, you could smell the ale. up the back street just off the main shopping area it is well worth a visit. The pie and mash menu looked great, we just stopped for drinks though but could have quite easily ordered and tucked into a pie! Well worth popping in!
