(feel free to skip to the end for a quick run down!)
My wife and I stayed at the Garden Apartment for 3 nights at the end of March. Booking was simple through tripadvisor and we were warmly greeted at the apartment by Charlotte, who gave us a quick tour and had left milk and eggs for breakfast the next morning as well as a few other goodies (lovely touch).
The apartment itself was very clean and spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and there is a lovely little garden to sit and relax in (providing the weather is good). The shower in the bathroom is great, we had no problems with water pressure/heat. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed and hangers are provided for clothes - was impressed by the ceiling window equipped with blinds.
The location is close enough to Bath to drive (roughly 10-20 minutes depending on traffic), we didn't use any public transport though there are links available. It's worth noting that parking in Bath can be expensive and car parks do get full especially in school holidays. Bath itself is lovely with lots to do and see (I recommend looking at the Bath travel guides here on tripadvisor or just using the many leaflets that Charlotte provides).
All in all, a great stay;
Pros:
Lovely apartment and facilities
No problems with parking, water, heating etc
Great garden
Close to Bath and other great viewpoints/walks.
Breakfast!
Cons:
Finding it difficult to think of any, if I was to knit pick then maybe keeping an umbrella in the apartment just in case and having a tissue box in the lounge.
Finally, a massive thank you to Charlotte, I would certainly recommend the Garden Apartment!

What a beautiful garden apartment. After reading all the positive reviews we rented for a weekend. It really is home from home and has everything you need. Wonderful decor and homely environment and wonderful touch of breakfast goodies from the local farm. The owner was most welcoming and we look forward to another stay when we are next in Bath.

The apartment was lovely , clean and very comfortable. There is doors to the secluded garden but being December we didn't have a chance to go out there. We had a lovely welcome pack waiting for us and Charlotte the owner even delivered fresh food for breakfast. The apartment was lovely and warm on a cold December day when we arrived. It's outside of Bath but there is a bus stop about 10 mins walk and about 20 min bus ride into town which was not a problem as driving and parking in Bath would be a bit busy. Would like to go back in the Summer to take advantage of the garde.

I stayed here with my boyfriend over New Year and we had the most fantastic time. It was so lovely to arrive and have bacon, eggs and milk in the fridge, with the addition of bed and some cookies as well! We didn't expect anything so that was a lovely touch. The apartment was spotless and so beautifully decorated - the pictures don't do it justice. Unfortunately we had really bad weather during our stay but we did step out into the garden area one night to stargaze, it was lovely. The location is so easy and convenient, taking about 15 minutes or so to get into the centre of bath (traffic dependent). We stayed at the apartment for the New Year's countdown, rather than going into town, and that was such a good choice. The position of the apartment up on the hill meant that we had a 180 degree panorama of all the surround area doing their firework displays at midnight. I would highly recommend a stay here!

We spent 2 nights in the Garden Apartment at the end of November. We wish we had booked 3 nights now so that we could spend more time exploring the surrounding area and enjoy the lovely relaxing apartment itself.
Lovely decor and all the amenities that you could need.
Charlotte was very welcoming - providing nice treats on arrival and for the next morning too :) We had our baby girl with us and Charlotte willingly accommodated her with a travel cot and some lovely toya and books too.
We will definitely return and stay for longer next time :) thanks for a lovely stay!
The apartment is first rate, decorated to a high standard with all the mod cons you could ever need and was spotlessly clean. It's in a great location just outside Bath city centre, taking the local bus was easy and much cheaper than parking in Bath. Charlotte is an amazing host, so friendly and welcoming. She provides a lot of helpful information on Bath, places to go, travel etc. which is really great. If you are looking for an apartment for your holiday you needn't look anywhere else, I seriously recommend you stay here, you won't be disappointed! My wife and I will certainly be going back.

I can only confirm the comments of others about this apartment & add that from our point of view it had the perfect combo of secure parking, comfy bed, private garden to sit in, lovely vintage & modern furnishings + located in a pretty quiet village with a canny pub. It is ideal for two people wanting a bolt hole & a huge cut above most holiday rental accommodation. Lovely welcome goodies as well! Also a great location for Bath & I would recommend just catching the bus in the village for stress-free transport. Save the car for the numerous other destinations in the neighbourhood worth visiting such as Haynes Motor Museum, Bradford on Avon & Fleet International Air Museum. Also recommend the theatre in Bath if there is a good production on during your visit. Thoroughly enjoyed the week here!
