A long weekend in Bath, long promised, was a wonderful experience, aided by our B&B at Villa Claudia. Just a 15 minutes (or less) walk to the city centre was very convenient with the parking facility so convenient for a place like Bath. The room was comfortable, the bed especially so. Simply somnolent bliss. Maria and husband Carlo provided really good, generous breakfasts. Fresh fruit on tap, and a choice of cooked breakfasts made for solid starts to the day. Vill Claudia is a home from home with an Italian accent: suited us perfectly.

Charming B&B located near the train station. The room with wifi was very spacious and comfortable, very clean, as was the bathroom. The breakfast was just amazing: fruit salad made with freshly cut fruit, and the presentation of the dishes is as wonderful as the meal's taste. Maria is really kind and friendly. She took care of us as if we were part of the family. Highly recommended.

Greeted by Maria who was lovely and taken to our very traditional room which was a little small but perfectly clean and comfortable. Little fridge also in room. Only downside was very poor Wifi connection. Breakfast fantastic. Great location and easy walk into town.

Room Tip: Book early and request room with 4 poster bed.

We have stayed in many place over the years but this has to be one of the top ones. Our welcome by the owners was second to none it was our wedding anniversary and we had taken a bottle of champagne Maria promptly bought us two glasses for us to drinks this in the lovely garden. The room we were given was a four poster with its own private bathroom everything was spotlessly clean and rooms was very well equipt down to a small fridge and a tower fan. Carlo cooked breakfast as requested every morning and it was all delishious. With only a 10-15 minute walk into the city centre location was ideal too I do hope we get the opportunity to stay there again our three nights went far too quickly. Once again Maria and Carlo thank you for your hospitality

We stayed 3 nights at Villa Claudia. We were greeted warmly by Maria and Carlo and shown to our room which had a four poster bed and a small fridge if we needed it. While not ensuite, the beautiful spacious private bathroom was just next door and we were given a foldable screen to give us privacy when moving from the bathroom back to the bedroom. Lovely breakfast each morning - fresh fruit salad and cereals then a choice of cooked English or continental breakfast. We indulged in the full English which was delicious then I swapped to the scrambled egg and smoked salmon for a couple of mornings for a bit of luxury. Delicious. Loved the fresh ground cappuccino coffee to finish and we were ready for the 10/15 minute walk into Bath for the day. Really good access to the city from Villa Claudia.
