Having previously lived in Bath, and this time returning as a visitor for a weekend with Mum, I knew this would be a great location and it was! We were welcomed by Emma into our luxuriously furnished room and Terance delivered our morning breakfast at our chosen time. Everything you could possibly want to see in Bath is within 10 minute walk and if you are after a small friendly upper range B&B this is definitely the place to stay. All comforts have been considered. The room was little hot at night (I shouldn't complain about rare warm British weather) but once we worked out how to use the A/C we had a cool room and a most comfortable night's sleep. Wholeheartedly recommended.

Another great find on our UK b&b tour, the Bath House is conveniently located in the heart of central Bath. We were within walking distance to most of the must-see historic attractions such as the Roman Baths, The Circus, Royal Crescent and Poultney Bridge, not to mention galleries, shops, restaurants and of course the relaxing ambience of The Royal Victoria Gardens. Situated on the ground floor of an elegant three storey building, our amply sized room in brown tones featured a harmonious but eclectic blend of old and new - from the traditional four poster bed to the ultramodern shower in the ensuite. And the large five panel bay window gave us a bright and pleasant view to the small front garden and streetscape beyond. We were warmly greeted by Terance upon arrival, who along with his partner Emma (on site managers), looked after us during our three night stay which included a complimentary chilled bottle of wine and a daily supply of chocolate coated biscuits to go with our coffee and tea provisions. Whilst there was no dining room, we enjoyed a full cooked breakfast served promptly each day in the comfort of our room. Bonus points for the mindful attention to our dietary preferences and the convenience of off-street parking.

Room Tip: Our room was No. 6 on the ground floor. Great for easy access and street noise was not a problem.

Romantic B&B and great people to work with in beautiful vacation spot.
10 min walk from bus station, 5 minutes from downtown.
Room 3 was very quiet and had beautiful bay window with decent view of street, large comfy four post bed, table and chairs for delicious breakfast delivered to room, roomy bath with claw foot tub, AC ok.
Pay hotel directly for deal--save more yet in cash at this great cheap and cheerful place.
We stayed there 3 nights of our 9 night England trip and highly recommend!!!

Room Tip: Didn't see other rooms--but room 3 was great!

My husband and I stayed at the bath house for a couple of nights to celebrate our anniversary. The room was amazing and the welcome was great. there was space to park the car and its only a 5 min walk from the city centre. you could go out for dinner late and still be able to walk back after. We hadn't informed the B&B it was our anniversary but once they saw our greeting cards to each other when we came back in the room in the afternoon they had decorated it with balloons and a banner. So sweet. Plus I can't forget yo get a full cooked breakfast in your room so you can take your time to ease yourself into the day!! It's the little touches that make this place the best!

They really have thought of everything at The Bath House. My partner and I stayed here for one night as a present for my birthday. We had a really friendly welcome and were shown straight to our room. Once in our room we were given some really helpful information about the area (good walks, shops, restaurants etc). Once we were left to enjoy the room it was then I noticed just how beautiful it was. The owners had decorated the room for my birthday and even left some wine and chocolates - such a beautiful touch. The room was incredible, bright and airy with a gorgeous bed! The bath was out of this world! The tea and coffee tray was generously filled and the ice cold water in the fridge was an added bonus, as was the fresh milk - such a nice change not to have the little cartons you usually get!

Breakfast was executed brilliantly, you tick on a card what you want the night before and also the time you wish to have it, and sure enough at that chosen time your breakfast arrives. I say breakfast it was more of a feast! Cooked to perfection!

The B&B itself is in a brilliant location, close enough to the centre that you can walk in 5 minutes but far enough away that you don't feel like you are in the hustle and bustle when you want to relax.

Our stay was so lovely and neither of us wanted to leave. This was our first stay at The Bath House but it certainly will not be our last. You cannot fault it here, couldn't recommend enough.

Two very happy customers. 'Luxury Bed and Breakfast' - Couldn't put it better myself!!

Room Tip: We had a King Size Four Poster (Room number one) It was perfect!!!

The Bath House was wonderful. It certainly lived up to the luxury label. Emma and Terance were delightful, welcoming and hospitable. The room was beautiful, festooned with balloons and a banner for my husband`s special birthday! Everything was spotlessly clean and fresh and the selection of beverages, bottle of wine and biscuits added a most welcoming touch. The breakfasts were delicious and varied ...a great way to start the day! It was also very conveniently located for the historic and scenic attractions of the city of Bath and beyond. We highly recommend the experience! Cathy & Paddy

We received a very warm welcome. We were greeted on the car park and shown the best place to park. We were then escorted to the room and provided information about the hotel relevant to our stay. Nothing was too much trouble it seemed.

Free parking, though a little tight, was available to the rear of the property and was a welcome bonus given the location so close to the centre of Bath. I’m betting parking in the centre would have been quite costly.

The location was great, literally a 5 minute walk, or 10 minute stroll into the centre of Bath and all of its attractions. We had the benefit of good weather but it was a pleasant walk.
The room was clean and well appointed. It was tastefully decorated and the four poster bed was extremely comfortable to sleep in.

Breakfast was served in the room. There was a card in the room where you ticked what you would like and at what time which was collected later in the day.. Sure enough, breakfast arrived on time and was delicious!

Another good point was that you got a discount if you paid in cash, to essentially avoid card processing charges. Nice touch!

Overall, highly recommended, you won’t be disappointed!
