“A perfect stay”
Reviewed April 12, 2014 via mobile

I have recently spent 5 nights in this hotel. During our stay we only had 2 small problems. On the first morning both the cooked breakfast and bread for toast had run out, however, both were quickly re-stocked (was very busy at the time and food was cooked fresh so not really an issue). The other problem was tea and coffee was not replaced in our room for the last day, when we requested some the gentleman on the desk was very helpful and supplied more than I could ever drink in 1 night!

If we ever return to Bath this would be the first place to check.

Really good friendly staff on reception, comfortable spacious room and a decent restaurant, ideal for work stay in Bath as I was doing. Parking is a bit of an issue esp if you are in a large vehicle as there is no on site car park and nearest car park is height restricted, I got lucky and a space freed behind the hotel, otherwise it would have been a reasonable walk to what felt like a very exposed car park. I know this is out with the control of premier inn but may be of use to other travellers with vans that have valuables in!

it was a fairly modern facility with a great check-in procedure...but its location in the center of bath made it an ideal spot to do a walkabout in the city from breakfast at the society cafe to a visit to the roman baths...i highly recommend this place

they gratiously let us leave our luggage there beyond check-out time...

A very new, smart and comfortable premier inn. Super comfy beds as usual with premier inn. Breakfast was self service which when travelling with children is preferable. Food was of a good quality and kept us going all day. Two gripes: no car parking; door to adjoining room(noise disturbance in morning)

We just left the hotel after staying there for three days and I can't wait to give a feedback. On arrival check in was easy and efficient. The team was really friendly and accommodating especially Melvin, he was very helpful when we are asking where is the best place to go around site seeing around the area and nearby town. Also the Duty Manager Eunice, she was very knowledgeable give us an advice where to park for free and although is quiet a walk but we save a lot of money for the parking, thank, to her. We can greatly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed for two nights at the end of March and the location was ideal. Easy walking distance from the Abbey and Roman Baths. We travelled by car and there is a drop-off point for you at the back of the hotel and a secure, if a bit pricey, car park only five minutes walk away.
In the same block there is a Weatherspoon's, a cinema and Nandos if you don't want to go far at night, but there are plenty of cafes, pubs and restaurants in easy walking distance.

The room was a good size, well-equipped and modern. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast here on one of the mornings and it was good. No complaints at all.

An excellent budget hotel. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice quite rooms. Good breakfast. The only down side is there is no parking, but there was parking not too far away.
