Booked Grays on recommendation and was not disappointed. Stayed in room 3 which although at the front of the property was very quiet. Great view over Bath and able to see the Royal Crescent from our bedroom window.

Very warm and friendly greeting upon arrival. Room 3 is modest in size but is very pleasantly decorated and has all the usual facilities. The bed was very comfortable and the linen clean and fresh. The ensuite was spotless with ample towels and toiletries if needed.

A small lounge area is available which joins the breakfast room, again neat and tidy and well decorated. It has a bright and airy feel.

Wide choice available to eat from a full English to fruit, cereal and yogurt. My wife and I both had the full English which was excellent and consistent of local produce.

Access into Bath is very straight forward and is a 10 minute walk 'downhill'. The return is a stiff walk although not overly challenging.Plenty of buses run near by for anyone unable to cope with the walk.

Overall Grays has a degree of class that separates it from the majority and I would not hesitate to recommend a visit

Great B&B with a great view of Bath, the most welcoming staff, and wonderful breakfast. The rooms were up to par, everything looks new inside yet it maintains a very traditional feel. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Not every room has a view, so ask for one with a view.

A lovely stay. Impeccable welcome, service and decoration. Bed and Breakfast doesn't really do it justice, however the beds were so comfortable and luxurious and the breakfast delicious. Attention to detail was great...even the really small things. Jamie was a very natural , welcoming host. We will definitely return!

Room Tip: We were in Room 3, great view, beautifully decorated, very comfortable.

Overall I thought Grays was delightful - beautifully decorated, lovely breakfast and charming host. If I was being ultra picky - I would say that the say that the rush/coir matting floor surface is rather harsh on bare feet in the bedrooms, the lighting in the classic double bedroom was rather dim ( one small wall lamp) and we didn't have any towelling robes in the bedroom as advertised.
Notwithstanding- I would recommend Grays to anyone who wants a top end B and B in Bath.

We had a wonderful stay here and couldn't recommend it enough!! The room was very clean and we were made to feel very welcome. As everyone else has said, the breakfast was delicious!! We stayed in room 9, which was the smallest room, but everything was laid out very nicely so while it felt cosy, it wasn't cramped. We hope to be back!!
