Having lived near Bath for years, this is the best food establishment in town. The food is "home made" and great value for money. Superb soups and roast ( Sundays). Unpretentious in a wonderful park setting.

This is a no-frills cafê overlooking the tennis courts and bowling green in Victoria Park. It's popular for family gatherings and meeting friends. The simple food is home cooked and plentiful. Specialities are quiches, cakes and soups. It's licensed too so that you can enjoy with a glass of wine. There is convenient access for disabled clients and seating on the green outside in good weather. It's a little gem tucked away off the beaten track but worth visiting for a good value pitstop while visiting Bath or walking in the park.
