Lovely place to stay.. great breakfast! Comfy room with balcony. Near to town just 5 mins away on foot so good if travelling by public transport....but don't worry they can valet park your car :o) for a small fee.

A really pleasant and welcoming staff always augers well and we were not disappointed. Very large and high ceilings in the room with well appointed fittings and tasteful period furniture provide a real ambience of Bath. A good en-suite with very hot water completes the room. Parking is available in the nearby Mews and is convenient because you wont need your car as you are minutes away from the Avon and the cathedral and baths. Breakfast is from a menu and is cooked for you-amazing.

A perfect location with a very professional staff gives this a high recommendation.

This is an excellent hotel with lovely en-suite rooms right in the middle of Bath. We arrived by car but didnt use it the whole week and the hotel provided parking for a minimum charge.

Breakfasts were great - help yourself to toast, freshly made breads, jams, marmalades and a selection of fruit juices. This could be followed by a cooked option from omelette to a full english! Lots of tea and coffee as well.

The rooms were spacious, airy and had tea/coffee making facilities plus water and each day a little biscuit for you.

The bathroom was spotless - large both with overhead shower which was powerful - not your usual slow drip. Selection of toiletries were lovely.

The staff are very friendly and helpful - even suggesting places to visit and restaurants to eat in.

After returning, my parent booked the same hotel for a weeks stay and were similarly impressed.

Henrietta House was a very comfortable place. We spent three nights here in a superior double overlooking the street. It was light and airy and much bigger than I expected. It had a great "feel" to it. We arrived early and staff couldn't have been more accommodating or friendly. It is very close to everything you would want to see in Bath. We walked to every point of interest. Fabulous pubs and restaurants close by.

Though overlooking the street our room was quiet. It was spotlessly clean and bathroom facilities were very good. We slept very well. Breakfast was of a really good quality, plentiful and good variety. Dining room staff were excellent too.

I think this hotel is very good value for money, because when you are far away from home it is wonderful to feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you to the staff for an excellent visit.

Rooms are charming - a snack, books to explore, charm, large, new baths and comfy beds! Location - central, easy to find! Staff - helpful, knowledgeable, considerate. Can't think of a single thing they overlooked - such a wonderful stay. And they will even rescue you from the Abominable Red Car just down the street in case you get trapped there!

Room Tip: All the rooms are lovely but the newest ones on the top floor are lovely, quaint, oozing with charm!
