“A friendly cafe with great food”
Reviewed August 31, 2012

This little cafe has a great range of food on offer from delicious paninis to unusual cakes and pastries made on the premises. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, even giving out recipes when asked for their gluten free lemon cake ( made with mash potato!). Seating is a bit cramped but there are a few tables outside in this narrow lane full of independent shops.
If you visit the Bath tourist information office you can pick up a 15% discount voucher for Roscoff's to use any time on your total bill.

“The best coffee in Bath. Italian/Somerset mix- really works”
Reviewed August 29, 2012

THE best coffee in Bath. Independent Italian cafe run by a charming, energetic and exuberant guy called Rosario. Friendly, clean and impeccable service. I visit regularly and love to watch the staff interacting with the locals and engaging the visitors. Perfect for a lazy student afternoon of chatting and coffee drinking or the elegant ladies who are lunching and families who are sharing the homemade Italian ice cream. A firm favourite for Bath and if you haven't been yet, I would. Have a homemade cake with your coffee or try Granny's lasagne that takes over 4 hours to prepare the sauce. If you're in a rush, breakfast and coffee on the go. I can't tell you enough- try them, they're tucked away and worth the find.

“Excellent food, very good service”
Reviewed August 26, 2012

I breakfasted here on a weekend away, based on the previous good reviews and the fact that they use locally sourced food, free range eggs etc. The food was lovely and very fresh, and the service excellent. Will definitely return!

“By far the best coffee!”
Reviewed August 13, 2012

This cafe is run by the proprietor who rightly takes great pride in all that he sells. The flat white coffee is stunning . Food is prepared on the premises . Some cakes are shipped in from Sicily , the birthplace of the owner. It is busy despite being surrounded by the international coffee chains.I do not eat breakfast but many rave about the cooked English breakfast.
