The first thing that I noticed on arrival was the buzz of conversation and the relaxed ambience. We were the first to arrive in a group of 8, unusually early, but nevertheless made to feel very welcome and seated at the table for a drink whilst we waited.
The menu was varied and one of those that make it hard to choose because everything looks good. I had the pork belly which was delicious after a calamari starter. (Some of the best I have had in a while ). The house wines are very drinkable and affordable. I chose cheese at the end rather than desert but neither was really needed. We will visit again soon.
