My husband & I have just returned from a nice relaxing long weekend at this welcoming and cosy guesthouse. This was our fifth stay here and every time we visit Nick makes us feel very at home and his breakfasts are delicious using local produce and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast includes plenty of fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurts, a variety teas and fresh coffee as well as a full English. The location is perfect for those who are looking to be within a short stroll into central Bath. We would highly recommend staying here as a perfect base to discover this beautiful spa town. We will be returning later in the year for the Christmas market.

My friend and I had a really great night away in Bath staying here in this lovely guesthouse.
The twin room with ensuite was spacious and very comfortable. The location was ideal for exploring Bath and having a parking space to use was great.
We didn't have breakfast but I'm sure it would have been lovely considering everything else.
I have only two little suggestions. Some shampoo would have been really useful to go with the cotton wool and lotion, because I forgot mine and some biscuits to go with the tea making things, because our journey took longer than i expected and I was really peckish.
I would definitely recommend this guesthouse to others.

Stayed here for my birthday weekend. The location was excellent but we were disappointed by the double room and separate bathroom, which were rather cramped by being in the converted attic. The breakfast was adequate without being outstanding but the welcome and service was very good. We would think twice about booking again.

An easy walk from the centre, a friendly welcome, and everything you could want in the (small) single room, even body lotion and cotton wool. Breakfast included a perfectly poached egg, decent wholemeal toast and real jam (Bonne maman), a welcome change from the horrid coloured jelly in packets you usually get.

We had a fantastic weekend staying here, we received a lovely welcome and the service through out was excellent. There was easy to find parking, a great breakfast and a really convenient en-suite. The hosts gave us some brilliant recommendations on where to eat, all of which were spot on.

Would recommend to anyone.

Tucked off the main road in a row of period houses, Royal Park doesn't offer many clues from the outside.
But it was the perfect retreat for my sister and I enjoying a short break in Bath.
There are plenty of places to stay in Bath, but with many of them at eye-watering prices and few offering twin rooms - not to mention being fairly picky (for someone on a limited budget) - I wasn't sure what to expect of my last-minute choice.
What a relief to arrive at 1.30pm to find a parking space, a warm welcome from host NIck and our room ready and waiting.
The twin room was as big as needed, clean and modern with crisp white linen and deliciously squishy duvets and pillows. The bathroom was small but squeaky clean with a lovely shower and large sink and mirror.
Nick was full of useful info on restaurants and what to do in the city - the centre of which is a very easy 10-minute walk.
Breakfast was delicious, fresh fruit (strawberries, melon, mango, blueberries, pomegranate), yoghurts, juice and made-to-order cooked breakfast. We had a full English on day one, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs on day two.
Just what I was looking for.

Stayed here for a short break without the children to get some "Us" time and to visit Bath and see the sites plus get a game of rugby in as Bath were at home to Exeter.
Guest house has a great location a few minute stroll to the centre of Bath with numerous bars, resturants and attraction galore.
As for the guest house we werent dissappointed. good sized rooms, a welcoming and knowledgable owner and nothing was too much trouble.
Even when we wanted a yoghurt that had run out the owner popped out to get some more.
Rooms a clean and it feels like a home away from home.
