We went here for lunch as it is a noted place to eat in Bath. We had two teas and two sandwiches (1/2 a bath bun) and it came too nearly £18.00 which we felt quite expensive for what we had, the fact we were eating it in one of the oldest houses in Bath is obviously what we paid for. The museum was 30 p but it was just a model of a lady standing in a kitchen, not really worth the trip downstairs. We are not saying don't go as the experience was good but just be prepared to have quite an expensive lunch

The museum is very small. We went here to eat, and the food was very good. What was amazing was that the foundation was built in Roman times and evidenced that people had been using the building ever since then.

Sally Lunn's offered delicious food with the famous 'bun'. Very reasonably priced with a fabulous choice of food. Friendly and helpful staff, made a full restaurant a pleasant experience for us. We ate in the Jane Austen room, which was a lovely room on the 1st floor. The museum in the basement offered an added attraction whilst waiting for a table. Well worth a visit to the oldest house in Bath.
