If you're in Bath you must visit these gardens. The walk around the perimeter allows you to take in the views across the town, to enjoy vistas like the photos above and to have a little taste of Georgian England. Well maintained by a superb set of staff.

Definately worth a visit but be aware the entrance is at the top of a very steep hill with no car parking so take the bus or a taxi. However, when you have finished your walk round you are at the bottom of the hill and can take an easy canal and riverside walk back into the centre of Bath
The other two were Japanese so that gives you an idea of how magnificent these were. An absolute highlight of our trip to Bath and I recommend it to be at the top of anyone's itinerary who is visiting there. Magnificent!
Cute outdoor tea rooms with spectacular views half way around the walk.
A lovely National Trust property. The view from the top has the 'wow' factor. The Palladian bridge is one of 4 in the world. We walked both ways from the City Centre, but there are buses including the Bath 'hop on-hop off' tour bus. A steep climb
This was our last stop on the open top bus tour. We stopped right outside, weatherwise it wasn't the best of days but it didn't matter. This place is beautiful. Home also of the prestigious Prior Park College, wow hope going to this school is as amazing as it looks, the ground are fab. Lovely bridge, we all had ou photos taken on it. Didn't need the open top bus to get back into Bath, as it is just a short walk back into Widcome, where I grew up, and had a nice lunch there, then a short walk over the bridge and back to our accommodion in Wellsway, Milton Guest House, by bus or walk. Don't walk if this is a bit of a prob, as mostly uphill!
