This hotel was the best hotel we stayed in during our two week trip to the UK. We loved our room, the location was perfect, right in the centre of Bath yet located on a quite cobbled street. The staff were really outstanding providing us with great restaurant recommendations, route planners to stonehenge, nothing was too much trouble. The fact the hotel is small means you get a level of service that large hotel find hard to match.
If you are planning to visit this beautiful city I reccommend you check out this great hotel you wont be dissapointed. A friend of ours stayed here 2 years ago and told us about it, and it certainly lived up to expectations.

We stayed here and enjoyed every minute. It is central to everything and has a wonderful pub just across the street. Very clean and well kept, the staff were most accommodating. Breakfast was excellent. Upon arrival we had been traveling for some time and while we waited for our room we relaxed in their lounge and had a wonderful latte. The hotel is on a quiet street and not all of the rooms have a great view, but the air was clean and clear and the sea gulls will wake you in the morning! There is a fee to park but the lot is not too far but it would be best to drop off your luggage before you park your car. No need for a car in Bath as parking is very limited but that adds to the wonderful charm of this city. Be sure to check in here if you are planning a trip to Bath. We had a great experience and we would stay here again.

The city of Bath was perfectly charming! Even though it rained constantly and quite heavily we still found much to do. Plenty of great restaurants, shopping close to the hotel. The hotel was cozy and clean. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were on the smallish side but workable. It wasn't easy to find the hotel but driving around in circles we discovered many shops and restaurants and interesting places which we later visited. If you are driving be able to walk a distance back from the carpark and have good navigational skills to find your way back to the hotel. However the streets of Bath were a joy to get lost in! All in all we were extremely happy with our stay at Haringtons.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights in Haringtons City Pad Apartment (right around the corner from the hotel). It was a little more expensive, but well worth the space and accessibilty to a washing machine (this was the middle of our trip, and it was nice to do a couple of loads before departing for the rest of our journey). The staff was nice and the breakfast was good, too (continental only for apartment dwellers). The birds in the morning and the bar hoppers at night were loud (windows were open for air, so this made the noise all the more bothersome). Our only real complaint was the city itself (3 nights was too much, 1 or 2 would have been plenty). The Roman bathes were very impressive, but the city of Bath itself seemed like a mini version of London, but without all of the impressive museums and sites (all of the stores were chains; didn't seem to have as much charm as we were hoping). So if you stay a night or 2 in Bath, this hotel was great (but I wouldn't advise staying longer unless you have a lot of day trips planned).

Definately one of the nicer hotels I've stayed in, very clean and welcoming. The staff were polite, always smiling and happy to help. We had a double at the top of the hotel which was clean, had a comfy bed, tea and coffee making facilities, flat screen tele with Sky and a lovely warm bathroom. The only downside is that your windows are in line with the windows of the offices in front and to the east of the building, this wouldn't have been too bad, if they had net curtains up, however, it is just blinds made from thick curtain. So if you don't want to display yourself to the public you will need to keep the blinds down, which, as they are quite thick takes most of the light from the room.
The breakfast was also very good, with a large selection of fruit and cererals, plus the usual fried options. The location of the hotel is great for exploring Bath, it's very central, but a little difficult to get to in a car unless you have SatNav.

Our stay at Harington's was absolutely wonderful. When we arrived they helped us with our ridiculous amount of luggage up to the top floor where our room was. The room was very inviting and nicely decorated. Plenty of channels to choose from including sports which my bf was appreciative of. The bed was probably the most comfy out of all the hotels in our 3 week stay in England. The breakfast was also REALLY delicious.

The location is unbeatable. It was literally less than 5 min. to all of the touristy things we wanted to see/do. The part I really have to give props to Haringtons for was the fact that I forgot to let them know that we needed to check out very early in the morning and when we called at about 5 am to see what we should do, the desk clerk was still really nice to us even though we were jerks and woke her up so early! (I still feel bad about that!)

I also left my hair straightener (on purpose, can't use it in the US) and they emailed and offered to mail it to me if I wanted.

It was my favorite hotel we stayed at and I would definitely stay there again if we go back to Bath.
